The following case was one of the 12 cases I presented for Diplomate status. Records were taken of Emily on 6-2-2004. (Figure 1 A-C) This was followed by her orthodontic diagnosis. (Figure 2) Emily’s treatment began on 01-05-2005 when spacers were placed. Appliances were cemented two weeks later, and initial wires of 0.012 NiTi upper and 0.014 NiTi lower were used. (Figure 3)
